On the palate, the wine has good acidity, slight citrus fruit notes and a long aftertaste. It pairs well with fish tartar, ceviche, salad, pasta, rice dishes.
On the nose it is full of fruity nuances, very intense and complex, with reminders of stone fruit such as apricots and lactic, pastry-shop notes.
