VINEYARD: vineyards in Pesquera de Duero, facing southwest. Clayey-chalky soil stony.
GRAPES: 100% fine Tinto.
AGEING: aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and French oak.
PREPARATION: fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Malolactic 30 days also in stainless steel tanks.
PAIRING: roast lamb, grilled red meat, furred game and aged cheeses.
