Nose: complex nose, with spicy, smoked, floral like violet and red fruit notes.
Mouth: earthy, mineral, fruity with rich acidity and floral notes again aftertaste.
VINEYARD: Vineyards planted in glass of old Mencia located in San Martin de Valdeorras, in the valley of the Rio Sil, planted on two plots in 1940 and 1980 on slate soil.
GRAPES: 100% Mencia.
AGEING: aged in French oak barrels for about 8 months. Unfiltered, so it can undergo natural precipitates.
PREPARATION: harvested by hand and transaportadas grapes in small boxes. short maceration and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Vertical subsequent pressing and malolactic in French oak barrels.
